Most Lowcountry Golf Co. items are made to order and fulfilled through our production partners. Orders typically take a few business days to produce before shipping. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Shipping times may vary based on product availability, destination, and carrier delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our products are made to order, we are currently limited in our ability to accept general returns or size exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work to make it right.
